Currently, we Ship only within republic of turkey and with no shipping charges.
Oro Arte Jewellery is responsible for the shipping process of orders as we will fully ensure that apart from the customized jewellery, orders will be delivered to you within 3 working days.

Yes, you have to be there to sign during the time of order delivery. For security reasons all orders require a signature with the receiver’s name upon delivery, and presentation of a valid ID in the same name as the receiver on the order.
