• You have the right to maintenance and repair for a period of 1 year for your purchases.

• You can exchange products purchased through oroartejewelry.com on our website and Oro Arte offıce with your invoice or exchange card within 15 days. In order to be able to exchange from our office, the product must be unused and there must be no damage to the product. In case the online and offıce campaigns differ, the exchange process is made on the terms of the current campaign in the offıce.
  The exchange process starts after the cargo reaches our firm. If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, you will be contacted to determine an alternative product. Cargo shipments should be made to the address below.

• You can return the products you purchased from oroartejewelry.com by sending them to us with return cargo within 15 days from the delivery date. Purchases made on the website cannot be returned from stores. For returns, the original invoice must be sent by courier.

• Your orders that you want to return must be sent to our central address below, as sent to you, complete with the product, invoice, waybill, certificate, warranty certificate and gift products, if any, by writing “ORO ARTE e-commerce ” in the recipient section, via Domestic Cargo.

• After the return is received, the price of the products is returned to the credit card if the order is given using a credit card, and to the bank account if it is given via money order/EFT. Refund payment will be made to your account within 14 days of receiving the product.

• All earrings, piercings, etc., in products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that are personalized by making changes or additions. In models, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal and change due to hygiene.

• The shipping fee of your shipments to be made with different cargo companies must be paid by the sender. Except for the domestic cargo, the counter payment will not be accepted by our company.
  Return/exchange and modification products for orders made from the e-commerce site should be sent to the address below. After you have completed your shipment, please send the reason for the shipment, the cargo tracking number and your order number to [email protected] via e-mail.

  Shipments should be made with YURTİÇİ KARGO and Oro Arte E-commerce should be written in the recipient part.
